Hello John,

Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for your excellent service – from choosing the blinds, to measuring, then fitting and a bit of after-sales service.

Having built our extension we were looking for something to complement the space and work with the colours without taking over.  The choice was wide and varied and we settled on pleated blinds for all windows and the glass areas of our tri-fold doors.  We thought they would look good but we were taken aback when they were fitted (without fuss or mess!).  They look fabulous – and this opinion is reiterated up by anyone who visits our home.

When fitted, the door blinds were a little reluctant to stay put but you were quickly on the scene to add the bit of tension needed and now they are fully compliant – wherever we choose to stop them.

Both Karen and I would like to thank you for making our home even better.  We would have no issue recommending you to any of our friends and family and wish you every success in the future.
