Dear Jennifer,

I am happy to confirm that we are very happy with the work carried out by Yorkshire Blinds and Curtains. This is the third time we have used your company and each time we have received an efficient courteous service.

On this occasion we had enquired of several other companies about the possibility of installing a curved rigid pelmet to our bay window, we were informed each time that it couldnt be done. Undeterred I approached Yorkshire Blinds and Curtains. John Beevers not only said he could make it for us but was also able to meet our rather tight schedule for which we were very greatful.
John came as arranged and fitted the pelmet and then returned two days later to install the curtains. We are very pleased with the work carried out and the end result is exactly how I imagined it to be.

On all occasions I have dealt with John, he has been courtious, helpful and knowledgeable.

I will definatly return to YorkshireBlinds with any future plans and would have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and relatives.
